Things We've Learned in 2017

The following is a collaborative effort with Beloved of some of the things we have learned in 2017. 

God can move very fast or very slow - His choice can be amazing either way.

People in the South are much more likely to say “Merry Christmas” or say “have a blessed day” than people in the West.

Hot and cold are subjective terms depending on where you live and when you say it.

I wish that people would understand that “I disagree with you” does not mean “I hate you.”

and perhaps Beloved's favorite, which he reaffirms often:

While I learned this long ago, it continues to be proven: common sense . . . isn’t.
